Mr. Satish Desai is the Promoter and currently the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat. He has been associated with and been a Director on the Board of our Company since May 21, 1996. He was previously associated with TAPS Engineers, a partnership firm. He has over 29 years of experience in conceptualization, fabrication and EPC contracting of various types of galvanized towers for electric transmission and telecommunications, production planning and control, engineering, QA/QC, maintenance, store, commercial and MR.
