Mr. Parag Kothari is the Promoter and [currently the Managing Director] of our Company. He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat. He has more than 29 years of work experience in marketing, project and purchase, conceptualization, fabrication and EPC contracting of various types of galvanized towers for electric transmission and telecommunications. He has been associated with our Company since May 21, 1996. He is currently responsible for the marketing, project and purchase functions of our Company. He was previously associated with TAPS Engineers, a partnership firm.
